Annual General Meeting 2021

Lessen Sie diese Informationen auf Deutsch

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 18 May 2021 at 2pm. We will be broadcasting the AGM live by webcast.

We do not currently expect COVID-19 restrictions to have eased sufficiently to allow shareholders to attend this year’s AGM in person. The safety of our colleagues and shareholders is very important to us and your support with this is very much appreciated.

If you have questions for the Board, you can submit these in advance or during the meeting. Directors will respond during the meeting to as many questions as possible.

Register to join the webcast and submit your questions to the Board.

Read the notice of the meeting, and find out more about voting and the resolutions, in our AGM guide.

How do I vote on the resolutions?

We encourage all our shareholders to vote online – you don’t have to leave home to do this and it means we have less physical mail to process in the office. Voting online is also the quickest and easiest way of making sure your vote is registered on time.

Visit the Standard Life Aberdeen share portal to complete your voting form. You don’t need to be registered to do this – you just need your shareholder reference number, surname and postcode. There’s also the option here to submit your questions to the Board.

Voting closes on Friday 14 May at 6pm, UK time.

To ensure that your vote is counted, we strongly encourage you to appoint the chairman of the meeting as your proxy when you submit your voting instructions.

Your Board recommends voting ‘For’ all this year’s resolutions.
