Addressing Minority Ethnic under representation

We aim for an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they can be themselves and are valued for what they bring. We are working to attract ethnic minority talent and remove any barriers in order to retain and develop a diverse group of talented people. This will enable us to better represent all of our customer and client needs globally, as well as provide innovative and creative solutions for future growth.

Race at Work Charter

In October 2018, we were proud to become one of the founding signatories of the UK's Race at Work Charter demonstrating our commitment to making a difference.

At the end of 2018 we also published our first Ethnicity Action Plan to help us achieve our aims. The plan details the actions we have in place and are current areas of action. These actions are based on feedback from a variety of conversations with our colleagues, supported by external benchmarking, and through these actions we aim to achieve progress in attracting, retaining and developing minority ethnic talent.

I am proud to be the executive sponsor of our Ethnicity Action Plan which will help us better understand and reflect customers and the global communities within which we operate, enabling us to become a more inclusive employer.
