Human Resources

In Human Resources (HR), we work to make sure that our business has the structure, talent and leadership to operate at its best. Our team aims to innovate, improve and lead change in our company – so that our people are set up to deliver for our customers.

“In my last placement I worked with the Early Careers team to on-board the new graduates which included hosting a welcome event. Standing up at that event to represent our company to a new cohort of graduates was a proud moment for me, and allowed me to reflect on how much I had learned since being in their place only a year previously.”

“No matter if the colleague is in my team, function or a completely different business area, they’ve always made time to provide help, or even just a catch-up, if needed. This is invaluable when starting out in the company and needing that extra bit of support, as well as building up a strong professional network.”
